However, I do have some good news for you. We clean everywhere, remove all microscopic debris from your clearcoat, won't leave soap in the carpet, and use the best products for leather rejuvinating. 

Most stains will be removed unless they are coffee, coca cola, or coolaid. 

Although it is not recommended or hardly ever needed in most cases we can go as far as wetsanding your paint to level out swirl marks, or we can find something in between.

We will diagnose the needs of the car and will discuss briefly what is recommended for the integrity of your vehicles surfaces.

We have seen it all in this industry from companies that provide initial customer satisfaction, but fail to keep business after the car loses its shine only a couple weeks later.

Often times, caustic cleaners and product high in solvent are to blame for PERMANENT dullness on surfaces.

There is a difference...

It is usually wise to walk away from a $75 quote when you know your car hasn't seen a detail in years. More damage is done in this wholesale environment than one might expect. Imagine you have years worth of contaminants on your paint. A lot of companies avoid the cost of labor by ridding of this oxidation with solvents or harsh water based chemicals which are usually very "hot", meaning low PH and containing acid. This alters the way your paint appears...for the rest of its life... and is unfixable without a body shop re-paint.

They then mask this damage with a high filler wax and a high initial shine so when you pick up the vehicle, it looks good enough since anything was better than before!

Problems arise a month later when everything is washed away...the rubber trim is dry and chalky, tires turn brown, the clearcoat is faded and unfixable, your carpets are attracting dirt, your dashboard is slick with petroleum and hopefully they avoided your nice leather seats!
